Once the London home of the Aga Khan and still retaining much of its original charm, Kensington Court has been fully refurbished to provide eleven individual apartments ranging from studios to spacious three-bedroom apartments, sleeping from one to eight people.
Located in a beautiful, quiet residential square, this elegant Victorian townhouse is less than five minutes' walk from Kensington High Street underground station and shops, restaurants and cafes. Just across the road, you'll find Kensington Palace and its wonderful gardens.
All apartments are self-contained with private bathroom, living area, bedroom(s) and a fully equipped kitchen. Bathrooms consist of a shower or bath with shower, W/C and washbasin. The kitchens (or kitchenettes in the case of the studios) contain cupboards, fridge, hob, sink, microwave, grill, toaster, kettle, cutlery and crockery. In addition, two-bedroom apartments have a dishwasher, oven and coffee percolator. |

Terms and Conditions |
Booking Procedure
New Street Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).
Payment
Your card will be charged on the day of arrival for the full cost of your stay.
For stays of over one month, your card will be charged monthly.
Security Deposit
A pre-authorisation of £250 may be requested to cover any incidental expenses.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 15.00 and check-out is by 12.00.
Cards Accepted
Rotunda Apartments accept the following card types: American Express, Diners Club, Master Card, Switch/Maestro, Visa.
Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation is required 7 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the first nights' stay. |
