Originally built in 1880 and recently renovated, these fine period buildings are located in the tranquil, idyllic surroundings of the Kensington Conservation Area. They allow the discerning guest the chance to experience the stylish elegance of town house living in one of London's most exclusive boroughs - for a surprisingly modest price.
The generously sized apartments have a separate reception room, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen (except for the Studio, which has a kitchenette). The bathrooms are spacious and have shaver points, baths and showers, and some apartments have a balcony or roof terrace.
Each apartment comprises a bedroom with separate living area, bathroom, dining area and a fully equipped modern kitchen with microwave, oven/hob and fridge freezer. (The Studio has a combined bedroom/living area and a kitchenette rather than a full kitchen). Most apartments have a washer/dryer, and laundry facilities are also available. Selected apartments benefit from beautiful balconies or roof terraces. Reception is on hand 24 hours a day to provide guests with all they require, including complimentary morning papers, wake-up calls, a video library, babysitting services and fax. Room service is available from an outside company, bringing you a huge choice of cuisines from London's top restaurants.
For those attending events at Olympia or Earl's Court, Collingham Apartments are within walking distance. The Royal Albert Hall is nearby, as are three of London's biggest museums: the Natural History Museum, the Victoria and Albert Museum, and the Science Museum. The renowned shopping areas of Chelsea and Knightsbridge are within easy reach. A 24-hour supermarket is just two minutes' walk away, and there's also a casino nearby. |

Booking Procedure
New Street Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).
Payment
Your card will be charged on the day of arrival for the full cost of your stay.
For stays of over one month, your card will be charged monthly.
Security Deposit
A pre-authorisation of £250 may be requested to cover any incidental expenses.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 15.00 and check-out is by 12.00.

Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation is required 7 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the first nights' stay. |
